DRAFTING: Drafting work shall be charged at the standard hourly rate of £129phr (no VAT) for most areas covered. Company/ Corporate work e.g. advice and drafting around shareholder matters, joint ventures, partnerships etc and data protection compliance is chargeable at £149phr (no VAT) and Patent Agents & Trade Mark Attorney work may cost more and be subject to official fees.

SWAP OUT: If you choose to swap out your package credit for drafting work, you can do this. Simply notify us in writing by email to hello@cloudlegalsupport.com. You will be charged the drafting rates rounded up to the nearest minute.
