Product Description
You should consider the following:
- Who is to have credit for the photographs? Will this be the name of the individual photographer? Their name or will the photographer waive their rights to be credited for the work?
- How and what will be paid to the photographer including other additional costs incurred by the photographer in creating the work (these are known as disbursements) – things like mileage and petrol use, props, models, studio and equipment hire etc. How will these be agreed? Will the photographer have authority to make these arrangements themselves or will prior authority from the Customer be required?
- Will the photographer be able to charge for any additional work? Will any post-shoot editing etc be included in the initial agreement? Will any processing or printing fees be included or will these be charged as additional work? If so, at what rate either an hourly or daily rate?
