Document CheckUp

Anything legal can be daunting or simply take up time or resources that you don’t necessarily have! There may be times when you want to simply delegate and have that additional piece of mind that you are covered. Our Document CheckUp service provides you with a legal expert that will check that you have tailored your CloudLegal Document template sufficiently and correctly.

How does it work?

Using the Document CheckUp service is easy and provides you with a rapid turn-around. To get started, just follow these simple instructions:

1. Go to the Document CheckUp enquiry page;
2. Select the CloudLegal Document you have tailored and would like to be checked;
3. Insert any questions or instructions into the boxes provided;
4. Attach your tailored CloudLegal Document to the form;
5. Submit and pay the Document CheckUp fee.

What happens next?

Once we receive your tailored CloudLegal Document and instructions, a legal expert will check your document against the instructions you provided and will:

1. Advise and guide you if your document needs adjustment to provide further coverage/compliance;
2. Check uniformity, spelling and grammar;
3. Add one set of comments and in-line revisions to the document if required;
4. Provide an alternative CloudLegal Document if a more appropriate one exists in our collection (a fee may apply i.e. the difference).

How much does it cost?

Our Document CheckUp service has a two-tier fee based on document complexity. Shorter documents will cost £90.00 and longer document checking costs just £160.00. The fee will be shown once you check out.
