- Who is the notice being served on? The legal department (for larger companies where service on the legal department is likely to have swifter results), the directors/Company Secretary (for smaller companies) or a specified individual (sole trader or partnerships)
- The offending statement – what is it? Is it untrue?
- What has the impact been on Company A’s business?
