Description
Article 28 of the GDPR requires that all third-party providers of services that process personal data be GDPR compliant by 25th May 2018. If a business engages with non-compliant Data Processors it will itself become non-compliant.
This is an internal policy to be used by a business setting out the principles and legal conditions that the business must satisfy when engaging with a third party data processor in the course of its operations and activities. It is tailored to comply with the GDPR.
