Description
Article 28 of the GDPR requires that all third-party providers of services that process personal data be GDPR compliant by 25th May 2018. If a business engages with non-compliant Data Processors it will itself become non-compliant. It is important therefore to contact all service providers and seek assurances of their compliance plans. This letter provides for a short and uncomplicated route to doing this especially where a business is heavily reliant on a third party processor and they are somewhat reluctant to amend existing terms to a great extent.
