You may not use the whole or any part of the templates or other site materials to create a new database that may be used as a substitute for a paid-for membership to a CloudLegal service.
You can send templates to third parties or to your clients outside your organisation if:
- you have first tailored it and are sending it in the ordinary course of your organisation’s business;
- the template sent could not be used by the recipient as a substitute for their own paid-for membership to a CloudLegal service.
In all these cases you must be sure that the recipient will not use the templates you send to create competitor products or other works, products or services of their own.
In the ordinary course of your organisation’s business, there is no restriction on the number of times you can download a template for your own use.
However, where your membership gives you unlimited access to instant templates, you must be reasonable about the number of templates that you download and you must not download any templates for a third party. You must not do this in such a way that either you or the recipient could use the templates as a substitute for a paid-for membership to the CloudLegal service.
You can purchase or download instant templates at any time 24/7/365.
You can Request-a-Quote at any time for free on the site too. Our offices are open mon – fri 0900 to 1700 so you may not receive a quote or a response back if it is not formally a business day. However, if a legal expert is undertaking work for you as a result of a quote engagement or an out-of-hours call has been booked, you may receive communications during the week day evenings, weekends, or bank holidays where this has been requested.

You can view all the CloudLegal templates on the site on our template documents page. They are split in to ‘instant templates’ and ‘pre-order templates’. They are further split in to several categories of legal area e.g. business, confidentiality, company and corporate etc.
Most of our documents are B2B (business-to-business) and some are B2C (business to consumer). We do not provide documents in relation to private/personal legal affairs. Our website is geared towards helping small businesses.

Yes you can purchase a one off pre-order template. When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email alerting you when this template is readily accessible in your account.
Pre-order templates are delivered within five (5) business days. You may be entitled to a discount if you have a monthly or annual membership plan.

Yes you can but if you have a membership package that includes unlimited access, you do not have to make a purchase of an instant download template as these downloads are included in your membership at no further cost to you. Where you are a CloudLegal member, you can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your CloudLegal Pro Membership (or your membership where you are part of a CloudLegal Enterprise Membership) will however continue for the minimum 12-month membership contract term even where you choose to stop using the services and your payments (or the payments of the CloudLegal Enterprise) will continue to be due and payable for each of the remaining months (where paid monthly as opposed to an upfront annual payment).
Payments for the monthly or annual CloudLegal Pro Membership or CloudLegal Enterprise Membership are auto-renewing. If You do not wish to renew Your subscription, you must let CL know no later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the end of the 12-month subscription. You can do this by contacting us.

If you have a CloudLegal Pro Membership or you are on a CloudLegal Enterprise Membership which includes 15 mins legal expert chats as inclusive features, you can book as many as you are entitled to under your membership without making any further payment.
Once you have used up your membership allowance you can book additional 15 mins legal expert chats at any time using our CloudLegal LawChat service. You simply fill in your brief details by selecting your best available slot from the calendar and pay the fee of £20 per chat. Once paid, this fee is non-refundable unless you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice by email to email@example.com.
Your calls which are included as part of your membership must be on separate legal issues.

Please be aware you will not be eligible for the 15 mins legal expert chats if you cancel rather than renew your CloudLegal Pro Membership (or if your membership under a CloudLegal Enterprise Membership is cancelled).
